1. What type of services do you offer?

     At the Alive Centre we are pleased to offer:
  • Counselling for individuals, groups, couples and families. This includes children, adolescents and adults.
  • Addiction therapy to help individuals stop unhealthy substance seeking and abuse.
  • Play therapy to enhance the expression of thoughts, feelings and behaviours through a free medium. 
  • Art therapy to aid in the expression of emotions when verbal expression may be difficult.
  • Massage therapy for enhancing general wellbeing as part of the therapeutic process.
  • Cognitive/Academic Testing, including tests for learning disorders and developmental achievements.
  • Emotional Assessments, such as traits and styles as well as tests for disorders.
  • Psychological reports of tests.


2. How can I book an appointment?

    Phone us or send us an email. At this point in time we cannot accept walk-in clients.


3. Will people know if I come in to see you?

    We take confidentiality very seriously. We understand that making the decision to seek professional services can be difficult and we do not intend to betray the trust you have placed in us. Our therapists do not divulge identifying information about clients and when filling out our forms, you are given the option whether or not we can identify ourselves if we need to phone you.
